From the Spiral of Tharizdun set of Dungeons & Dragons Fortune Cards. The cards itself is called "Finish Him!", but trying to fit all of that information into the title seems like a bad idea.

I've only seen about half of them online so far, but the ones that I've seen have been incredible. Once the whole set is properly released in a mere two days, I'll start posting more of my SoT art.
